The WB system is ideally suited to reinforcing the axial tensile strength of inclined multi-panel timber supports at junctions, gaps, openings and cross connections. The anchorage is entirely mechanical with no adhesive, so any timber engineering concern can use it for reinforcement work.

High tensile strength
The high tensile strength of 800 N/mm2 means that up to 50% fewer threaded rods are needed in comparison to other systems.

Installation without adhesive
The entire force transmission is via the fastener thread. Time-consuming additional adhesive application is eliminated.

Individual lengths cut to size
After being cut to length individually, the threaded rods can be inserted and directly countersunk using the special insertion sleeve.
